From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by the wonderful Rani, who treated us like valued customers despite our upfront admission that we were just window shopping. Her passion for opals was infectious, and she generously shared her vast knowledge with us. We learned about the different types of opals, what to look for, and the unique characteristics of opals from various regions. What struck us most was Ranis warm and welcoming demeanour. She could have easily dismissed us, but instead, she engaged us in conversation and made us feel at ease and inspired.
