As an expat looking for advice on where to plan ahead for retirement and start accessing my Australian Super, Dan Easton has been incredibly helpful to myself and my sister, who also has Super in Australia though we are now back in the UK. We just needed some pointers to help get us started and Dan so very kindly offered for us to have a Teams Meeting online very late in his day to chat through some of the issues for us to think about... for example, checking whether our funds are able to offer withdrawals to UK accounts, check what ID requirements we may need to meet etc. Dan is friendly and approachable as well as an excellent communicator who perfectly matched the information to the language and technical level we needed, to give us the confidence we needed to make a start on sorting ourselves out.
