1 /5 keely short: Went in store to have my ring resized after being engaged for only 2 weeks while on holidays. I gave it in on Sunday 2nd March and I was informed it would take 10 business days. At the 5 day mark I was told it was ready for pick up and I was so excited that I had told all my friends and family as nobody had seen it. I go in store and try the ring on and say oh I thought it would be smaller than that, were they able to get it to a K1/2? where they get the sizer out and say oh its and "M". Thats what it started as!? Apparently its not their protocol to call a customer when there is a price change? the note on the package said "make sure customer is happy to pay $134 instead of $69" so they wasted 5 days because of the price? If they had just called me I would have approved it straight away!!? I was told it was put as "URGENT" and yet its been 16 business days and I still dont have my ring. I am appalled by this experience and it has really ruined my whole engagement experience. I told them I needed it by 17th March and yet it did not come in time for my birthday. I kept getting told "you will get a call when it is in store" and Im sorry but thats not good enough. My partner when he bought the ring even had troubles as they said they would call him when it was ready and he called them due to waiting so long which is when they said "oh its been here for weeks". I had to keep calling for updates myself. There needs to be a change in protocol between the jeweler and the store immediately because I will NEVER be coming back here. In hindsight I should have done more research as bevilles have a mon-mon basis and I wish I went there. I called the store once again today because when I called on Friday they said it may come in on Tuesday and FINALLY it has been scanned from head office. It is Monday 24th March I will be picking up my ring tomorrow and never setting foot in that store ever again!!!! Which is a loss for them as I originally planned on buying our wedding bands from there.

5 /5 Tisha Oksuzsoy: Shout out to Rebecca who was so helpful and patient when I went in and chose a new engagement ring and wedding band after losing my original set. Rebecca made the whole process easy, straightforward and stress free. The Narellan store are lucky to have Rebecca.
