5 /5 Bikram Kunwar: Purchased diamond ring last month for my wife. We were there in the shop early in the morning, even if the lady staff who come to us so lovely. We felt so welcomed from her customer service. My wife also convinced to buy a ring because of her welcome and caring to the customer. I definitely recommend the shop.

1 /5 ell1e: bought a silver chain as a gift a month ago and the clasp had broke twice in the first month of purchase. went back the first time and got an exchange with no problems. however, the second time, i went in and spoke to the lady with silver hair. she was very rude and insinuated i had broke it and acted very skeptical during our whole interaction. after being asked to bring it to the manager the next day, i exited the store with her saying “she’ll be right”. not very nice behaviour especially towards your customers. PS went back to get help from a lovely lady, Dianne. she was very sweet and helpful.

1 /5 Daniel: Lazy, Unhelpful Staff. I Took My Business Elsewhere. My experience with the staff here was disappointing, to say the least. They were lazy, uninterested, and did the absolute bare minimum to assist me. Despite finding a piece I liked, I chose not to purchase on principle. Instead, I took my $30,000 to a jeweller in Castle Towers who was friendly, knowledgeable, and actually cared about their customers. The final straw? I asked one of your staff how many carats of diamonds were in a particular piece, and her response was a casual “I don’t know”, with no effort to find out. Any half-wit in retail should understand that if you don’t know the answer to a customer’s question, you go and find out. But apparently, that was too much effort.
