1 /5 Daniel: Lazy, Unhelpful Staff. I Took My Business Elsewhere.
My experience with the staff here was disappointing, to say the least. They were lazy, uninterested, and did the absolute bare minimum to assist me. Despite finding a piece I liked, I chose not to purchase on principle.
Instead, I took my $30,000 to a jeweller in Castle Towers who was friendly, knowledgeable, and actually cared about their customers.
The final straw? I asked one of your staff how many carats of diamonds were in a particular piece, and her response was a casual “I don’t know”, with no effort to find out. Any half-wit in retail should understand that if you don’t know the answer to a customer’s question, you go and find out. But apparently, that was too much effort.
