Broadway Gym - NSW

Em S Really underrated gym with both hard core Hammer Strength and ultimate Matrix line machines. U can find 2 Squat racks, good benches (flat and inclined) and a huge set of dumbells. There is also a whide range of cardio machines. The only criticism I have: a couple of barbells with a dedicated deadlift area/platform could be really usefull. In addition, I think that at least 1 fixed bench press (now in the crossfit room) could be moved in the gym room.

bertie malco Fantastic gym. £5 per session as a non member at the time of writing. Friendly and helpful staff, all the people training there were also friendly and no gym ego. Old school and new kit, really something for everyone. Lots of parking, good selection of supplements. I travel around for work and I wish there were more places like this, it is the only reason to return to Selby.
