Motus Health & Performance - Narrabeen - NSW

Samantha Evans I began seeing Sam back in May for hamstring and glute tendinopathy. I had an entry for the Sydney Marathon but thought I’d have to pull out due to the pain running. He started me on a strength program and had me gradually lifting heavier weights whilst building up my running. Thanks to Sam, I was able to complete the marathon!!!! Throughout my treatment, he managed my expectations, set me challenging but realistic goals and explained the science behind tendon treatment. I’m now working with Sam on my new goal to get back on the trails. I would absolutely 100% recommend Sam and the team at Motus Health.

meena s I have been attending the prenatal yoga classes recently, and its a great experience so far. Ragini is knowledgeable and made sure to explain each pose in detail. She checks in with each participant to understand their problems and tailor the sessions accordingly. One of the highlights for me is the focus on relaxation techniques and breathing exercises. I highly recommend her prenatal yoga class to any expecting mother.

Sting Gym Frankston - NSW

All About Steven Since Ive been in Laurie Muay Thai class for about 6 months, my general health has improved significantly. During the first couple weeks, the high intensity cardio sessions to improve your fitness and heart were really challenging. However, once you get used to it, it feels fantastic, especially for someone like me who spends all day in front of a computer. Aside from his high levels of fighting experience, Laurie is also one of the few teachers who is always giving 100 percent to his students. I definitely recommend this class to people who are passionate about martial arts and dedicated to improving their general health.
