Sara Staton I have been going to Health Haven now for over 3 years, and it doesn’t compare to any other gym. It’s simple unique in so many ways, it offers amazing different classes to suit each individual from functional to hot room classes. I don’t feel intimidated going which has always scared me away from other gyms. The coaches are super caring and supportive in your fitness journey no matter what level you are at. The members are also so supportive which makes walking in everyday and seeing such friendly supporting people makes your session even more up lifting. I recommend this beautiful space to so many people and they couldn’t agree more with how beautiful a space can make you feel physically and mentally. ❤️❤️

ReformU Pilates - NSW

Natalie Pronin I cannot recommend ReformU Pilates enough. I was visiting my family in Wahroonga for a few weeks and wanted to continue doing Pilates, particularly as I am pregnant. Christine was really accommodating to my needs and was clearly experienced in prenatal Pilates. Also, all of the other attendees were very welcoming and supportive. If you’re considering going, don’t hesitate, just book a class. You won’t regret it ✨

Kaya Health Clubs Prahran - NSW

Priyanka Barman I’ve been a member for almost a year now, and I absolutely love it! I do regular Reformer Pilates and the classes are fantastic. The instructors are top-notch, and I always look forward to each session. A special shout-out to Shermaine, who is my absolute favourite Pilates instructor. I try not to miss her classes, as she’s always so motivating and makes every session enjoyable!! I also want to highlight Claudia, Michelle, and Judy, who are all wonderful and bring such positive energy to their classes. Each instructor has their own unique style, but they all make the workouts enjoyable and effective. Would highly recommend!!

Their encouragement throughout the sessions keep us motivated, and their positive vibe make the whole class such a great experience. They run the class really well structured, fun, and supportive. AUSTRALIA AVE RESERVE OUTDOOR GYM - NSW

Antoine Its an outdoor gym inside the Pop-Up Park at 2 Australia Avenue. Arranged in a pod, it has callisthenics equipment designed for building body strength. I find it suitable for either early morning or late afternoon workouts as its exposed to full sun. The great thing about this place is that it has sails and picnic tables so you can relax after a workout. And its free to use.
