1 /5 Nathan Diaz: 1 Phone call to clarify my options for a withdrawal. Rude and unnecessarily oppositional to my questions. I couldnt even voice frustration about their open times being difficult for 9-5 people to access. I work in an environment where my team and I are constantly under the threat of verbal and physical violence and our staff still manage to be polite and professional so Im not sure why this was so difficult for this branchs employee. My first bad experience with ANZ besides their call systems.

1 /5 Helen Moroz: Disgusting service have left paper work to close my late mothers Bank Account 3 weeks ago and spoke to the Deceased sesction and they have not received anything... this is so unnessary.. they have caused me lots of pain and grief and I even bank with them... hopeless team... unexperienced and hopeless...
