1 /5 Carla Traglia: I requested an appointment with the branch staff to resolve a very simple procedure: I am leaving the country and I need to know what is the safest procedure to close my account from abroad. I explained my situation to the girl at least 5 times and as if she were playing a cassette tape and without even paying attention to what I was saying, she continued repeating the same thing. I did not receive any kind of help and I left angry at the inability and incompetence of the staff of this bank. It is the second time I have gone there and I have not received any kind of response to my questions. ANZ is a disgrace that they have such poorly trained staff in customer service.
