1 /5 Carla Traglia: I requested an appointment with the branch staff to resolve a very simple procedure: I am leaving the country and I need to know what is the safest procedure to close my account from abroad. I explained my situation to the girl at least 5 times and as if she were playing a cassette tape and without even paying attention to what I was saying, she continued repeating the same thing. I did not receive any kind of help and I left angry at the inability and incompetence of the staff of this bank. It is the second time I have gone there and I have not received any kind of response to my questions. ANZ is a disgrace that they have such poorly trained staff in customer service.

1 /5 P E: ANZ terrible customer service My 80 year old freind was scammed and has Ticketek charges on her ANZ credit card of over $1000. ANZ cancelled her card and sent her a new one. However as she does not have a customer registration number or has misplaced it the only way to contact the bank to set up online banking is to ring them. We have tried 4 times! On hold for 45 minutes then the call cancels. She went to the this branch and the queue was out the door. She is frail could not stand the waiting. This service is appalling. We are talking about one of Australias largest companies. She needs to get online banking as she needs a pin for her credit card and to monitor it online. She cant do anything. She needs to talk to someone to identify the fraudulent charges but cant do anything.

1 /5 Sam Medion: Worst customer service ever. Wasted my time. After 30 minutes of filling out forms and signing them at the end they.said they couldnt help me. I was supposed to hear back from them this week but they didnt bother. ANZ asked me to complete a survey on my experience. I gave 0 out of 10.

1 /5 Gareth Evans: Im actually a business customer with them and avoid going into this branch at all costs to the point I go to CBA upstairs to get change. ANZ has fallen a long way in recent years and this branch will have someone greeting you asking you what you want to have you stand in a 10 person queue rather than put another person on the counter as opposed to only 1 person at all times. Have met the Manager a few times, and she literally has zero idea........ Cannot wait to take our business elsewhere.

5 /5 Tony Sgro: I was a reluctant visitor to this branch after reading the reviews. My experience was nothing short of impeccable. I was standing in a queue at the teller when a lady (not the teller) called Chai Verma asked if she could help. I had a couple of items I needed addressed and she was very polite, friendly and competent in helping me sort things out. Many thanks. I also noted other staff members approaching others in the teller queue and helping them out. The level of service could not be improved.
