1 /5 Genna Merrin: The assistant branch manager is the rudest most unhelpful person you could come across, not sure why shes working there. Shes creepy how she stares/watches you from behind the particians. My account was scammed and she refused to assist in anyway possible. Told me to go online and deal with it. No communication from ANZ, no one to contact, no reference number...everytime I go in there I get told to contact the Melbourne office...I will be taking this incident to the banking ombudsman. Lazy bored staff.

1 /5 Floss: Similar experience to Genna, I always find it so rude when someone smirks or doesnt know how to look someone in the eye when speaking to you. Honestly I am not sure they dont just have the ATMs at Neutral Bay at least they cant be dismissive. From now on I am going to Chatswood, a pain but much nicer environment up there, the people at Chatswood are so caring and kind and in the time I spent at NB within the same time at Chatswood they listened to my issue and fixed it asap.
