Angela Boutique PT/functional training gym. I am yet to see a bro or hear much grunting. Yoga instructor is awesome. I train with a goal to improve my mental health. I see Ben three times a week. It is a huge well ventilated factory, I have never seen it crowded. There are small group training sessions for the more social peeps. Kid and dog friendly.

Christina Gindl 10/10 gym! It’s the place to go when in Ulladulla. Incredibly equipped, super knowledgable coaches and helpful with whatever you need. Got showers, and oh the best is the sauna! It’s just an all round great gym concept.

Anytime Fitness - NSW

Hassan Beydoun Walked into Anytime Fitness Sunbury thinking I’d just do a light session. First thing I see is a bloke deadlifting enough weight to tow a caravan. I panic and pretend to stretch for 15 minutes so I don’t embarrass myself. Eventually I touch a dumbbell — instantly feel stronger. Some lady walks past and says, “Good job!” I hadn’t even lifted it yet. Motivation skyrocketed. I hit one set of bench, feel like The Rock, then nearly tear my soul trying to re-rack the bar. Staff were legends though — didn’t laugh (too loud). By the end of the session, I was walking out like I owned the place — arms slightly bent, chest out, protein shaker in hand. My only complaint? The mirrors are too honest. 10/10 gym. Smells like hard work and pre-workout.

Rebecca Sutton Ive been going to aerial yoga for over a year now and Ive progressed from a very nervous beginner in FUNdamental classes to intermediate level. Sarah is an amazing instructor, shes super knowledgeable, also so positive and supportive ☺️ The classes are great for stretching, core strength, grip strength & flexibility, all working up to do really fun tricks in the hammock!
