Lokesh Regalla Best gym I have ever known.. The staff are very welcoming, lots of equipment for training. Their crossfit and weighlifting programs are great. Amazing coaches especially Ed, He is the best coach I have ever seen, very patient and experienced. Always motivates to perform the best!!

Chloe Mackenzie An incredible gym with a really knowledgeable and supportive coach. I have been training with Luke for over 6 years. He has such a knowledge of the sweet science and shares it freely to all who come through the doors. The gym has a wonderful old school aesthetic and the community is amazing, friendly and supportive. A really great place to train, whether you are an experienced fighter or have never put on gloves before. I cant recommend more highly.
