Alice Coutts I absolutely love the mums and bubs workouts at this gym! The trainers are so supportive and understanding of life with a baby, and the sessions are a great mix of fitness and fun. It feels amazing to move my body while still being able to keep my little one close. Such a welcoming and encouraging environment—I always leave feeling stronger and happier!

Plus Fitness 24/7 Castle Hill - NSW

Faisal E Best commercial gym in Castle Hill, staff do an amazing job maintaining it, ample underground parking incl. great carwash, plenty of equipment and friendly members (more on the casual side). If I had to be picky, chest plate machine feels clunky, power racks doesnt have numbering, pin not working on max weight in some machines, missing proper tricep machine. If you forget your headphones, drive back home or buy some earplugs from chemist warehouse upstairs as the music is woeful.. feels like your shopping at smiggle not at a gym.

Lane Cove Physiotherapy and Hydrotherapy Centre - NSW

N P Excellent clinic for your Physio. I started with a care plan and am continuing because of the health benifits I started to see so soon after starting. I have tried several different places, but these guys are really friendly and approachable in every way. I started with some easy stretching to strengthen my core and found it easy to incorporate it into every day life. I would strongly recommend you give them a try.

Australian Combat & Exercise - NSW

Leonard Tang Boxing is my least favourite exercise of all. I enrolled into the course for few reasons: Turn the least favourite exercise to one of the favourite exercises Add more value to my clients training Upskill for my career Hays is very friendly and very helpful. At the end of the course, I got much more confidence compared to before starting the course. I have a better understanding of how to do boxing for fitness and how to coach my clients with confidence. Highly recommended
