Sivan Naor This has been a true life transforming experience for me! I never stepped a foot in the gym before as I always thought it boring. I also felt out of me depth - how would I even start learning what to do? Im now three months in with MyPT Gym and this has gone above and beyond all expectations. Lee and the team are so welcoming and helpful, and they direct us as a group and as individuals. I enjoy coming in to the friendly vibe of other trainees and finish every class in a little high. I could see results almost immediately, and after only three month Im stronger, visibly fitter and I lost about a size and a half. Theres plenty of other types of support available around except the gym itself, with nutrition, sleep and other good habits. Theres an active social group too. This has been one of the best decisions I made!

unique yoga 108 Hunters Hill - NSW

Robyn Gray Highly recommend Jason’s flow yoga classes. Have attended for about two years at Hunters Hill: noticed big improvement in my strength, flexibility and mindfulness. And Jason caters to all levels of experience from beginners onwards- and makes each class welcoming, different and enjoyable.

Anusuya Chandrasekar Definitely my go-to physio, all staff and the receptionist (Julia) are really friendly, I was able to rebuild my confidence post pregnancy going to the pilates classes in Physio Choice, Jacob - who always listens to your ailments and provide exercises tailored to each individual even in a group pilates class.
