Lune L Love the vibe at Duo! Such a cosy and welcoming studio. Wednesday and Thursday lunchtime classes with Mel and Naz are a must for me. I love that they pay attention to my form and help me correct it — it makes such a difference! Every class feels fresh because they always changes up the exercises. I never get bored and always leave feeling stronger and more balanced.

Forrest (Norbitts) Made this my home gym after a couple sessions. The atmosphere always makes you enjoy your training. Always welcoming as soon as you enter the door. Daniel’s my go too if I have any questions. Equipment is always well maintained and looked after. Plus the benefit of having a range large range of equipment always helps.

Ben Stockil I attended the Conditioning class with John. What a true gentleman he was allowed me to feel extremely comfortable in the gym. The class was really tough as well which is exactly what I needed. 4 ten minutes blocks. 1. 250 m ski 10 burpees x 5 rounds. 2. 5km on the bike erg. 3. 500m Row 20m sled push x 3 Rounds. 4. Assault bike 1km then 10 Hang Clean and Jerk @ 30KG x4. Brilliant class

Immanuel Amalraj I started my PT sessions with Jared as a complete beginner 2 months ago, and now I can confidently say training with Jared has been one of the best investments I’ve made. Jared is not your average PT, as he will do a full deep dive on various topics related to body transformation with you, that go beyond only form/exercise. He’s also very skilled at delivering that knowledge onto you so it sticks with you, by gradually bringing in concepts with each session as you become ready to absorb more information. What truly sets Jared apart, is that he’s highly experienced and knowledgeable on nutrition, recovery and diet in addition to the workout exercises. So when you train with him, he gives you everything you need to know to achieve your goals at the gym. Since I started training with him, he has given me a tailored workout split and meal plan that is specifically designed for my body and goals. By following that each week, I have already made significant progress in 2 months than what I could have done on my own. Whether you’re new to the gym or not, Jared will provide the appropriate level of nuance based on your experience level. Would highly recommend.

Grass Roots Yoga + Pilates - VIC

Lisa Ball Having taught at many yoga studios around Melbourne for the last 13 years, Grass Roots is one of my favourite studios to teach and practice at. It is incredibly authentic and down to earth, without any of the pretense sometimes found at studios. The teachers are of a very high calibre and welcome students of all levels and backgrounds. The environment is warm and inclusive and everyone is welcome just as they are. I’m so grateful to be part of such a wonderful yoga community!
