5 /5 Ben Stockil: I attended the Conditioning class with John. What a true gentleman he was allowed me to feel extremely comfortable in the gym. The class was really tough as well which is exactly what I needed. 4 ten minutes blocks. 1. 250 m ski 10 burpees x 5 rounds. 2. 5km on the bike erg. 3. 500m Row 20m sled push x 3 Rounds. 4. Assault bike 1km then 10 Hang Clean and Jerk @ 30KG x4. Brilliant class

5 /5 Pol Pujol: I’ve been training at Fight Gym for a while now and I’m really enjoying it. There are heaps of classes to choose from, and I’ve especially been loving the boxing sessions. Each coach has their own style, so I feel like I’m learning something new every time. The whole place has such a welcoming, friendly vibe – everyone makes you feel comfortable no matter your level. Plus, the gym has all the equipment you need for a solid workout. Highly recommend!

Awesome coaches who pick you up from the bginning and very nice sparing partners who are fun to train with. Gym is very well equipped and offers everything for various fitness work-outs. I highly recommend Fight Gym!! And if I make it back to Sydney, Ill make sure to rejoin...Thank you for making my time here so much fun!!!
