Jared is not your average PT, as he will do a full deep dive on various topics related to body transformation with you, that go beyond only form/exercise. He’s also very skilled at delivering that knowledge onto you so it sticks with you, by gradually bringing in concepts with each session as you become ready to absorb more information.
What truly sets Jared apart, is that he’s highly experienced and knowledgeable on nutrition, recovery and diet in addition to the workout exercises. So when you train with him, he gives you everything you need to know to achieve your goals at the gym. Since I started training with him, he has given me a tailored workout split and meal plan that is specifically designed for my body and goals. By following that each week, I have already made significant progress in 2 months than what I could have done on my own. Whether you’re new to the gym or not, Jared will provide the appropriate level of nuance based on your experience level. Would highly recommend.
