Sarah Milburn Ive been training at Productive with Blake and the rest of the team for around 2 years now.
The thing I like best about them is their lunch time classes. They push you to improve each week and are intent on helping you reach your goals. They accommodate all fitness levels, ensuring that all exercises can be completed at a beginner, intermediate or advanced level. I generally leave their classes feeling like Ive had a tough workout, but know I will be back for the next class! The other thing I really like about it is that while the lunchtime classes tend not to change (Boxing, yoga, HIIT), they do continually change the exercises within the class, keeping it interesting.
Thanks guys - you make training harder and better that little bit easier for me!!
