I have that feedback and they straight away have me instructions both on how they soften and how to shorten them. They are now perfect. The wonderful team at Belle Fever worked with me and turned a sample of his handwriting into the most wonderful and treasured keepsake piece of jewellery, an angel wings heart necklace. I took the necklace with me to some of the places we were planning to go to together, so I felt he was still with me in spirit.
