Dory I haven’t come across a gym of this standard in a very long time. The attention to cleanliness is exceptional. I’ve seen cleaners come in and sanitised equipment consistently. I’ve been to a few gyms and since coming from Derrimut I’ve noticed a massive difference and couldn’t believe I took so long to make the move. The gym is maintained to the highest standard, and I can genuinely say I train with comfort. The recovery section is also outstanding, with top quality equipment provided which I love!!! The staff are professional, approachable, and genuinely supportive. What sets this gym apart from your local gyms is the continual investment in new and upgraded equipment, a clear reflection of owners who genuinely care about the experience of their members. Well done guys!!

Renee McDonald Best gym experience I’ve ever had.Such a welcoming atmosphere, brilliant and experienced trainers who are super friendly and supportive. I’ve lost almost 10 kgs since starting. Very clean and spacious and it never feels intimidating like other gyms can. Can’t recommend highly enough.

Yathreb Bey I’ve been attending R&R studio for a while now! The trainers are very nice and welcoming. They cater to different levels. The studio its self is very clean and tidy.
