Heather Clarke Ive been coming to Studio Pilates at Balgowlah for over 2 years now. Ive done nearly 200 classes! Its such a great way to start the day. The instructors are great. I have some types of exercises I cant do (long story!) but they all know and make the appropriate modifications for me each time! I feel like I have my own personal trainer! Alex on Sunday mornings is a favourite. She knows my limits and pushes me where appropriate. Yikes! This type of resistance training is perfect, and I complement it with my aerobic style exercise for a perfect health balance!
