It was daunting stepping back into a gym after years away, and I eventually hit 100kg on the scales, a number that really frustrated me. After researching local gyms, BFT Mascot kept coming up as highly recommended by friends and locals, and their Google reviews sealed the deal. From day one, the team at BFT Mascot made me feel welcome and supported. Their energy and encouragement made it easy to get back into the rhythm. Three months later, I’ve lost 15kg and feel fitter and stronger than ever. The coaches genuinely care about your progress, and the results speak for themselves. It’s like having a personal trainer in a motivating group setting. If you’re thinking about starting or getting back into fitness, I can’t recommend BFT Mascot enough.

5 /5 Georgina Mills: I was very nervous to try BFT but turns out there was zero reason to be - all of the trainers make you feel comfortable and welcome for any fitness levels! Special shoutout to Eddie who goes out of his way to share so much knowledge/ tips and really invests in each persons individual progress every session ⭐️ Never thought I’d actually enjoy training!

5 /5 Ella McIndoe: BFT Mascot offers a warm and welcoming workout with amazing coaches who motivate and push you to train harder and come back everyday. Everyday is a different workout which makes it exciting and removes the repetitiveness! I look forward to Jess and Reems positivity everyday.

Mascot was incredible, the trainers are super accomodating to injuries and restrictions, they go above and beyond to ensure you maximise your abilities. They are super enthusiastic especially given it was only 6am, I will definitely be back on my next trip to Sydney :)
