Oakleigh Recreation Centre - VIC

Emily Hobson Great Centre to train at, very clean change rooms. The new equipment in the gym is great. I love the group fitness sessions, especially the Strong Class and Thursday night HiiT class, all well run with great Trainers who will offer exercise modifications when needed and exercise technique. The outdoor pool over the summer months is fabulous.

Superset Personal Training - VIC

Michelle Atherton I started personal training with Dani nearly two years ago, post the numerous lockdowns, homeschooling and working in healthcare through covid!! Being introduced and encouraged to attend by a friend, it has been the best investment in myself I have made for a long time. The commitment and planning Dani puts into her workouts makes me nervous but excited for every session. Dani has tailored certain moves for my injured ankle and I always leave knowing I have given %100, Dani wouldnt have it any other way :). I would highly recommend Superset Personal Training. As Dani always tells me, YOU do YOU no judgement here.

Fit to Deliver - VIC

Juliana Frizziero I attended while pregnant (from week 25-40) - each class was a fun challenge and a nice way to move my body in a safe way. All instructors provided modified exercises to suit my pregnancy. I recommend them to all prenatal and postnatal friends. Fantastic community!
