Edward Mills Luke spent the time to understand what I was trying to achieve, diet, how much time I had in a week as well as accommodating the exercises I enjoyed. Luke‘s programs have always been constructed to complete within a reasonable time and he helps you understand HR and tempo so you can maximise that time frame. I really enjoyed working with Luke and have seen not only the visual changes to myself but also the mental changes and enjoyment to work out again. Luke is very knowledgeable and really easy to talk to, I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to make that balance between fitness gains and everyday life. Ed 42.
