Move& Footscray - Reformer Pilates, Yoga, Gym - VIC

Claire Moreton This place is terrific. The reformer classes strike the perfect balance between fun and challenging, and the teachers are super lovely and really know their stuff. The studio has such a friendly, easygoing vibe. I’ve tried heaps of pilates studios around Melbourne and this is the one that’s made the biggest difference to both my mindset and my fitness habits. I genuinely look forward to my next class as soon as the last one’s over. I’d recommend Move& Footscray to anyone keen to try pilates, yoga or strength training but maybe feels a bit intimidated by joining a new studio – it’s such a welcoming space :)

Roy Calagaz The only reason Im leaving this box is because Im leaving Australia. More than just a place to train, this is a place that truly feels like home—welcoming, supportive, and filled with incredible coaches and amazing people. The quality of the workouts is on another level. This is, without a doubt, the box where I’ve improved my techniques the most. Simon and Alana are top-notch in every way—both as professionals and as genuinely great people. If youre looking for a box that combines professionalism with a strong sense of community, this is definitely the place for you. I hope it continues to be filled with passionate athletes who want to feel at home while pushing their limits. Wishing all the best to the team and everyone training there!

UPG Studio - VIC

Dat Van James Nguyen is fantastic! I’ve injured both shoulders and the pain would wake me up at night. He literally fixed 95% of it on my first visit and elieved all my tension around my next and shoulders on my second visit. Just can’t believe how much relief he has given me after months of discomfort. James is very personable, honest and provides instant result. I can’t recommend him enough!

Balwyn Yoga Centre - VIC

Lia Vasiliadis This yoga centre is amazing. My sister and I joined as beginners and Ive been amazed at how quickly my flexibility, strength and fitness have improved. The staff are all incredibly skilled and Ive managed to advance rapidly and gain strength without straining or injuring myself. The atmosphere in the class is super friendly and motivating and after only a few months it feels like Ive been going for years. The catch-up system is also a great feature and means if something comes up and you miss a class you can make it up on a Saturday. Going has become a real highlight of my week; each class is challenging but really rewarding and energizing. Much better than the other yoga studio my sister attended previously in which there was no supervision or correction. In this class the staff guide you, teach you how to adjust poses to suit any need you might have, and offer constant supervision and assistance to ensure youre not straining yourself. Cant recommend enough. Best decision Ive made all year.
