Earney Olivia (Liv) Such a great studio! They have a wide range of class times and types, with early morning to late in the day, seven days a week. All of the instructors are very friendly and keen to help. There are heaps of lockers and also showers and change rooms. I’ve always been able to find the dumbbells I need for the mat classes, which isn’t always the case at other studios. The intro offers are a great way to try out the studio and classes without locking in! If you’re going to a hot class for the first time, make sure to pick a mat closer to the door

Be Mobile Physiotherapy - VIC

Celia Almeida Ive been part of the Be Mobile community for about 6 months and absolutely love it! I started with the 8-week Fit and Strong programme and then joined the annual membership so that I can keep on track with my exercises each week. The instructors are friendly, supportive and really responsive to any questions about the workouts. I love how sessions are tailored and relevant to over-55s as it gives me confidence to have a go at everything! All is set out clearly, with demonstrations following along with the instructors. Would highly recommend :-)

DeakinACTIVE Burwood Fitness Centre - VIC

Isobel Georgeson Great equipment (uses Technogym), but at certain times (4-7pm especially) the gym is so packed that sometimes you can’t even use a treadmill. The classes that are run here are amazing and inclusive to all fitness levels. Unfortunately the gym is only open for short hours on weekends, but it makes sense as it is on the university.

Karen Downes My sessions with Jenni absolutely exceeded any expectations I had going into neuro-training. I felt so empowered at the end of each session, as Jenni is generous in sharing her knowledge and context to her methodology. No “don’t look behind the curtain” here. Jenni offers a highly personalised experience. She’s curious and cares about the individual. She’s also persistent! Where we encountered any blockers, she didn’t just blow past them. She stood her ground (literally!) and truly partnered with me to find a way through. I have just found the whole experience fulfilling and helpful on a profoundly personal level.
