diana loomer Shout out to Brice/Bryce and the Perry Family YMCA. This place is incredible. Thanks for loving your neighbor and doing the best job possible to keep your gym safe during the pandemic. Everything was thought out from the reservation system, temperature checks, and the clean cards on each machine. All staff were wearing a mask, and at least 2 people cleaning machines. Bryce was even cleaning the step up on the machines! He was kind and courteous. Thanks for a clear vision Perry Famy YMCA

Chelci Cox Ive had an amazing experience with +4 over the last 8 weeks. Jared is incredibly knowledgeable and supportive. Despite being in and out of lockdowns and being unable to come into the gym, Jared is still providing excellent service, checking in regularly and always available for questions. Over the last 8 weeks I have seen some great results including weight loss, muscle gain and a huge increase in my energy levels - Thanks Jared!

Danielle Bryant I have been a member at Lime for about a month now. Super convenient location for me, easy to access from street or car park, really clean, weight plates are unloaded from machines making them easy and ready to use. The gym floor is free from leftover equipment so people pack up their own stuff. There is plenty of choice regarding equipment with plenty of space to train the way I want to. Friendly people and Thomas (club manager) has been super helpful. Happy I made the switch.

Shiv Govender Excellent gym with all the necessary equipment! The Powercore series was amazing to use! Reasonable rates for a quality facility. Gym is always clean, neat and tidy. Definitely the best gym on the South Coast by a country mile!
