Vanessa Sako Ive been attending this studio for over a year and a half , and I’ve seen incredible results in building muscle and strength. Sade has been an outstanding instructor, and her classes are not only effective but also a lot of fun. I highly recommend this studio for anyone looking to improve their fitness and have a great time while doing it.

Launa Liu Im usually quite shy when it comes to fitness, but Josh is great at making me feel comfortable and helping me build on my goals without feeling any judgement (especially since Im kind of a total beginner).
