Absolute Fitness & Performance - NSW

Benjamin Verbi Craig has been phenomenal. Started with him about 10 months ago. Needed to rehab after shoulder surgery and lose some weight. Craig managed my nutrition and carefully designed a great programme that has me meeting all my goals. Have loved it. In addition, the atmosphere he has created with his group sessions is fantastic. Fun but also hard working. Would 100% recommend.

The best part is that I can bring both my baby and my three-year-old toddler along, which makes it so much easier to fit exercise into my routine. The environment is welcoming, and Julie the instructor is great at supporting postpartum mums. Highly recommend it for anyone looking to get back into fitness after having a baby!
