Gleica França I cant recommend Somatic Strength enough! As someone whos struggled with shoulder problems for years, I was hesitant to start working with a personal trainer. But from the moment I met Nick, I knew I was in good hands. Not only does he have great technique, but he genuinely cares about his clients and their long-term success. Hes passionate about teaching proper training techniques and helping clients achieve their fitness goals. Thanks to his guidance and expertise, Ive made incredible progress with my shoulder issues and overall fitness. Nick is a true professional, and I feel lucky to have found him!

Pascoe Vale Health & Fitness - NSW

Himansu Patel I had moderate to severe back pain in my lumbar region. I used to take prescribed pain killer 3 times a day just to feel comfortable. But soon I found PVH Fitness, and their back pain solution program. Pauls initial assessment sent me home with relief that a back rehabilitation program will bring me more permanent relief. Paul and his other staff Joe and Tim helped by providing me with knowledgeable advice. One week into the program, I had already started to feel good results with less back pain everyday. Now not only am I able to do activities without pain, but I am in a more fit and stronger body all thanks to PVH and Fitness.

The Bay Fitness Club - NSW

Jennifer Ward This is a great gym and I love training here! Beth is a brilliant trainer - super knowledgeable, caring and friendly, she really knows how to get results and how to get the best out of you. I also like how we track our results each session - its so motivating to see how much progress Ive made (and Ive made lots of progress at this gym!). Everyone at The Bay Fitness Club is super friendly and it is absolutely, 100%, not an intimidating environment. I really would recommend this gym to everyone - from beginners to seasoned gym goers alike! Thanks Beth and Paul for creating such a brilliant space!
