Whether or not you have a finance background, she clearly explains the process and provides fund tables (my favourite) explaining the purchase price and loan amounts and details, leaving no doubts in your mind. Although acquiring property can be daunting, with Carissa, I didnt have to worry about the finance side, as she handled it with exceptional accuracy and care.
