I was able to complete a lot of the process online to save travelling back & forth over & over.

Chau Quang Staff are super friendly and helpful even when it gets pretty busy (esp. Sat mornings). They went above and beyond to help me print a shipping label when it probably wouldve been easier to tell me to print it from home.

Kangdalbag I recently visited Shell and was disappointed with the customer service provided by an employee named Sahil. He lacked basic courtesy and showed no respect or professionalism when dealing with customers. As someone who values good service, this experience was frustrating and unacceptable. Shell should ensure their staff are properly trained in customer service and treat every customer with respect.
