We looked far and wide only to discover Holdsworth Bros Jewellers at The Glen, just 20 minutes from home! The service from Annette was truly exceptional—she made us feel so welcome and comfortable from the start. Her knowledge of jewellery is impressive and she personalised the entire experience, making me feel so special. When I showed her a photo of the engagement ring I envisioned, Annette immediately arranged for a similar ring to be transferred from another store. It was perfect! Since our wedding, we’ve visited a few times for cleanings and resizing, and Annette, along with the other staff, always makes us feel right at home. Kevi Singh Went to buy engagement ring, started of good with a nice lady but then the Indian male manager took over was being very forceful in us buying something more expensive like bruh my Mrs decided chill. The original lady that served us was getting frustrated from him as well. She was doing a wonderful job as she knew what my Mrs wanted. It made our experience there bad. This guy needs to be changed. If I hadnt deposited the money already I would have gone somewhere else. I deposited the money when the lady originally served us but my Mrs wanted to change so we went again and this manager just ruined our experience here. Guys if you go here make sure a lady serves you avoid this manager

Lee Miller My girlfriend and I popped in to have a look at a wedding/engagement ring set that we saw in the window. We were greeted with a very friendly and smiley lady by the name of Catherine, she was very helpful in showing us different styles and letting my girlfriend try them on. She went above and beyond throughout the whole time we were there to try and make us feel welcome and give us a beautiful experience. 10/10 would definitely recommend this place to friends and family!!
