5 /5 katefile: I have been going to Chatswood Pilates Studio twice a week for over 10 years and thoroughly recommend the studio and particularly Brett Moremon. The semi private sessions have a maximum of 3 clients and each client is trained independently. Brett always asks how we were after the previous session and how any injuries are, and gives individualised exercises to aid recovery. If you want to build strength in a certain area (like for an upcoming ski trip) Brett will tailor your sessions accordingly. He has a huge repertoire of exercises on a large variety of equipment so it never gets repetitive or boring. He often demonstrates the exercise on the equipment so we can truly see just how it’s meant to be done.
The booking system is very flexible so even though clients have regular time slots, you can move to different times if needed and if there is availability.
