Kirstie Morrison I’ve been training at Anytime/GroupFit for 4 years now, and it’s genuinely one of the best parts of my week. The community is amazing – such a friendly, supportive bunch who somehow manage to put a smile on my face at 5:30am. The trainers are top-notch, and the workouts are always challenging, fun, and never boring. Highly recommend to anyone looking for great people, great energy, and real results.

Ty Melhem Loved the program that George wrote for me. So easy to follow and track my results. It kept me much more motivated. Going on each day seeing what weights I was lifting and what I had completed. George kept check and was really helpful throughout the program. I’ve continued on after the 10 weeks as I’m really enjoying it and getting so much out of it.
