Jacqui Absolutely lovely studio! I’ve never done any kind of pilates/reformer/hot mat before, and signed up to do their winter challenge so I could try a few of their different classes and I am loving it! Their classes are so encouraging, inclusive and a fun way to workout, the teachers are so friendly and knowledgeable, and their new space here at Berwick is so lovely too! I highly recommend Flow and Co Berwick for new/all levels of pilates women and men to come workout!

Tempo Reformer Pilates Seaforth - NSW
Zoya Martin I can’t talk highly enough of Tempo!! After attending many different studios, I have found that both Tempo’s classes and instructors (specifically Sandy) are challenging, fun and engaging. I always leave feeling like a million bucks (tired) and never regret a class! Both studios are equally as beautiful and the perfect place for your Reformer classes!! It helps that the owner is lovely too!! Highly recommend!
