3 /5 Syd Rev: Pretty busy branch not enough tellers. Some customers were told to come back another time or make an appointment. I know banks are trying to down size and replace humans with ATM machines, but some things require a visit to bank and it is getting pretty frustrating to go to bank these days. Not faulting the employees as I know they are trying to do more work with less people. The waits getting longer and employees are stressed out.

5 /5 Morgan McCann: Recently done my banking at the Commonwealth Bank of Australia Eastwood branch, and I must say, the experience was exceptional. The staff there are some of the most intelligent, efficient, and helpful bank professionals I have ever met. Each member of the team displayed remarkable expertise and dedication to their roles, making my visit smooth and high experienced. Their ability to quick response requests was impressive, and its clear they work incredibly hard to provide top-notch service. The customer queue was long, but staff’s patient is longer. In fact, I was amazed at the level of support and attention to detail they offered. These hardworking individuals bring tremendous value to the branch, yet I hope the bank DOES fully recognize and deserve such outstanding employees. CBA and management team is lucky to have this team in Eastwood, and I hope they receive the recognition they truly deserve. Also, they should get more respect and understanding from customer side, we all know but we just don’t want to say it some of “customer” are fully unreasonable and ridiculous. Highly recommended for anyone need banking assistance!
