During my appointment, she was extremely helpful and efficient in closing an old account, ordering a new Platinum debit card, setting up a business card, and establishing a term deposit. Amy’s expertise made the entire process seamless. Additionally, she referred me to Bosco, who provided invaluable guidance on how much Id need for a house deposit and discussed the various loan options based on different income scenarios. Both Amy and Bosco were professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to ensure I understood all my options.
