5 /5 Simon Parsons: I went into the branch here at St Ives earlier today, the first time in many years, and I have to admit I was a bit underwhelmed to have to scan a QR code before then being able to speak to anyone...my initial impression was that this was going to be a very impersonal experience. But I shouldnt have worried as I must say this was by far the most positive experience of customer service Ive had at any bank. Ros spent the time sorting out my issues in a highly efficient, courteous and personable way and she is an absolute credit to the team, as well as being a salient reminder of why we still need branches. This sort of quality customer service really differentiates this bank from the others in the shopping centre. Even the lady who greeted me after the QR scan was friendly and helpful. Well done Commbank St Ives!
