The classes are the perfect mix of challenge and fun. The Pilates sessions are beautifully structured to help you strengthen and tone with precision, while the HIIT workouts push you just the right amount. I’ve noticed a huge improvement in my core strength, posture, and overall fitness since joining.

Nikita gave me some personal tips during the session and explained techniques like straight punches, hooks, and uppercuts really clearly. Elwood Pilates - NSW

Sophie Dauba Boucher Isabelle kept me fit and healthy during my pregnancy (and she had double work because I expected twins!): she was fantastic at adapting the exercises to me and making sure I was all right! Now that the babies are born Im so looking forward to running again and she is preparing my body to be back on track soon! Very responsive, always flexible and cherry on the cake: she is super nice! I swear you wont regret!
