Jess Sage from Strong and Mindful is honestly one of the best people I’ve worked with. He really knows his stuff when it comes to the body, mind, and nutrition, and he brings it all together in such a grounded, thoughtful way. Yes, he’s a great personal trainer—but what makes him stand out is the way he connects with you as a person. There’s a calm, safe energy about him, and without even trying, he creates space for you to just be yourself—even on the tough days. Since training with Sage, I’ve noticed a real difference in my health and overall wellbeing. I always walk away from our sessions feeling stronger, both physically and mentally.

Raelene Ristevski Great centre with all the majors … ikea, k mart, adairs, chemist warehouse, dusk, freedom, sportsgirl, coles, Ugg, and lots more to choose from. Parking is underground and there’s plenty of parking. Tran runs right out the front so if you’re in the city and want more shopping choices then this is a good option….
