1 /5 Ian Curtinsmith: From my personal experience, I would prefer not to purchase another property involving Conveyancing One. During the process, my bank required changes to the contract of sale. Both the vendor and I were supportive of making the amendments. My solicitor informed me that these changes could not be made unless a $1,500 fee was paid to the vendor’s solicitor, Conveyancing One. I understood that Conveyancing One offers a fixed-price service, so this was unexpected. I was not their client, and my own conveyancer did not charge me for handling the changes. Ultimately, I paid the amount to avoid issues with loan approval. I also wasn’t able to communicate directly with Conveyancing One, which I found challenging at the time
