State of Fitness - NSW
Andy Yu Its been almost a year since I started at State of Fitness and I have absolutely no regrets. This was my first ever experience at a gym so there was a definitely a bit of intimidation going in.
Thankfully Dylan and the team have been very understanding and tailored the 1 on 1 sessions and ongoing program to my level. The team puts great focus on to form and safety, so Ive been able to move quickly up in strength without any injuries. The progress has been so satisfying I very quickly went from going in once a week to slowly build a habit to going in 4 days a week.
The community at the gym is also fantastic, and everybody is incredibly friendly and there are no cliche gym-egos. Unfortunately for me, a few members greet me by name and I have no idea who they are and I think its too late to ask. If youre reading this review and thinking of joining, I would highly encourage it and please pretend youre hard of hearing and ask people to introduce themselves loudly thanks.
