Caitlin Sullivan Who knew working out could be this fun?! I can’t recommend F*IT enough. The trainers are so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The classes are fun yet challenging (in a good way). The community is made up of some of the kindest, most welcoming people I have ever met. It is such a safe, supportive environment in which to learn a new skill. Since starting at F*IT I feel happier, stronger and more confident.

Raf G I have been a client of ROC ever since I was a child..and I recently started going back to ROC. I would have to say the treatments are very good and always leave me feeling refreshed and positive. Both Peter and Nathan who I have seen countless times over the past couple of years are very professional and thorough in their treatments and always give great recommendations for exercises. All the staff (reception) who work there are very good and couldnt recommend ROC highly enough.

Michael Pane Gym is great, a lot of unnecessary hate going on with the workers. The equipment isn’t super diverse but is kept clean and in good condition. I do personally feel like the etiquette of other gym goers has been lacklustre lately, a lot of rubbish being dumped, weights being left on racks toilets treated poorly, sweat being left on seats after use. In general the gym is great

GM P This gym is awesome! Super clean, spacious, great temperature inside and the equipment is new. The management are also super responsive to any questions or concerns in my experience. This is my favourite gym on the peninsula :)
