Chris Carlin Max is a great trainer! My aim was to get fitter and stronger. After only a few months Max has helped me rebuild my strength and fitness. Each week we focus on different areas of the body and we are always trying new exercises. Max is very encouraging during sessions and always corrects technique to make sure the exercises are done properly. Highly recommended.

Vincent Jackson Jr This gym was amazing with all of the equipment being placed effectively throughout and properly put back. Only complaint is not having a piece of machine equipment Abductor/Adductor for working on the inner/outer thighs but that’s a very minor inconvenience. I am more than satisfied with the services/equipment offered at your location.
