With no two workouts being the same each week, exercising stays exciting and enjoyable. Each workout also has the flexibility to adjust movements, under the direction of our coaches, based on personal needs. The coaches are so knowledgeable and experienced in their field and will use what they know to guide every member in getting the most out of their workouts and achieving their own goals, without compromising on personal safety. It doesnt matter what class you go to, the members of crossfit feelgood, are genuinely good people. They will become your biggest cheerleards and celebrate your wins with you like it was their own. I started at cross fit feeld good over two years ago, following the birth of my 3rd baby. I have taken the kids with me to each class and they have safely watched on from the pram or the secure loft. Highly reccomend Crossfit feel good for the positve change you and the whole family can benefit from.

5 /5 harry johnson: Ben and the team deliver great training services to help you achieve your goals, whether that be gaining strength, fitness or loosing some kilos. Training changes from week to week keeping workouts interesting and engaging which has kept me committed over the last year to achieving my own goals. I like that all workouts give me the option to push myself and also scale back if I’m not very good at the movement. The trainers also provide recommendations based on my ability. The gym is hygienic, has recovery services, provides nutritional information and has a great community of members that motivate each other. If you are looking for a new gym or something to help improve your lifestyle this gym is well worth a visit.

5 /5 Jacqui Macri: I have just completed my second 8 week challenge at CrossFit feel good this year! Both challenges have been extremely beneficial, losing weight and gaining muscle. I love the partner accountability as well as the Facebook page! On the Facebook page members doing the challenge can share menu ideas, their personal struggles as well as the wins. At CrossFit feel good you are surrounded by the best community of members who support you at every stage of your fitness journey! I’ve been so fortunate to train here whilst pregnant under the guidance of the amazing coaches as well as now 1 year down the track with my second baby. After having two babies I feel stronger, I am lifting heavier, I am fitter, happier and healthier. I am so grateful for the community that Ben and the coaches have created. They are so supportive to your own personal goals. I love that I can train with my kids at the gym, showing them healthy habits. There have even been times that the coaches have worn my baby in the carrier, pushed them to sleep or better yet incorporated my kids into the training like pram runs, or baby sit ups. I highly recommend CrossFit feel good to anyone!! The best gym coaches and community!!!

5 /5 Julie Creasey: Having just completed an 8 week challenge I wish to thank the CrossFit Feel Good team for a well planned challenge. It included a focus on not only diet but also recovery, health and fitness. I have created some great habits to continue including less screen time and better sleep. I will continue also to actively work on recovery with mobility and foam rolling not just at the end of a work out! The extra workouts were tough to fit in but I have a great sense of achievement having completed them all. With the Facebook group and a great challenge partner it was great to feel part of a group completing the challenge together. Thanks again to Coach Ben for delivering a great challenge.

It turned into a great partner workout and a bonding journey—we supported each other every step of the way.
