5 /5 Daniela Di Fabio: Louise is such a kind and generous teacher! I completed her Prenatal and Postnatal course online and discovered many exercises appropriate for women pre and postpartum. I met her when she was presenting at the PAA Conference in 2023. She is a fabulous presenters who will share everything she knows in order to help others further their knowledge. Louise has such beautiful energy - I highly recommend studying with her!

Louise has extensive knowledge, dedication and passion for Pilates, you are always in good hands. Louise is also super fun and positive, no matter what level your body is at or what injury you have she will always look for the positives and work with you to achieve your goals. You will feel strong and positive about your body after each class. The studio is also really beautiful and a joy to come back to each week.

Louise provides positive and encouraging instructions and feedback. She’s always observing and quick to correct, ensuring that my movements are achieving the desired result. Louise’s knowledge and flexible approach has enabled me to re-join her sessions after surgeries as she works around my healing and provides exercises that have enabled me to regain strength and mobility quickly. I am not self-motivated, so Louise’s sessions are perfect for me as they are a scheduled commitment.
