So where has Tom helped, I started to train with Tom, on a need basis, due to discomfort and pain.
With exercise strengthening the muscles pain has eased, and I am functioning all of lifes requirements with less discomfort. I am an older Australian, however, I am surprised that I am at this stage of overall muscle strengthening. Before I started training with Tom, my visit to the gym was regular, I have been at the gym for 9 years, but the significant improvement in strengthening I find has benefited me greatly. I would never have thought that I would be lifting the weights that I do now or doing push-ups or pull-downs, these are significant improvements to my overall strength and well-being. I would recommend Tom with no hesitation on my strength gains which have benefited me greatly.
