5 /5 Michael Herbert: Going to a gym or cross fit classes is something I was always afraid of, not knowing anyone or how to use the equipment or technique. We found TWA as our 12 and 14 year olds wanted to get into fitness. Since then my partner then myself have joined and absolutely love it. The coaches there are amazing and always want to help you get better without pushing you and its just super comfortable. All the people I have met whilst attending classes and the transition between classes are the best, always up for a chat and very welcoming. 100% the best decision Ive made that took me outside my comfort zone. Ive never felt better.

The coaches are incredible, so approachable and very helpful. Since joining I’ve become the fittest I’ve ever been (not ever had done CrossFit before), I’ve got the best relationship within myself, gained confidence back with the plus of amazing friends made.
