Kyli McCorry I’ve been going to Strong St Leonard’s for a few months now after having a long break from gyms post having a child. I love that it feels like a community, instructors remember your name and everyone is nice. There are small group classes, clean and modern equipment and studio. Nearly every class “kills” me (there’s no slacking off) but I’ve noticed feeling stronger and more confident in myself and what I’m capable of- so it’s really how the saying goes: pain no gain! I also love the variable times (morning, midday & evenings) and number of classes they have every day so I can switch it up as I need with my schedule. If you are thinking about trying it, this is your sign to do it!
