Chris Rogers Great kids party. We had a group of about 20 kids for a 7y.o party. Our host Caitlyn was amazing hosting us & looking after the kids. Nothing was too much trouble for her & the kids loved her. A true credit to this centre. Pizzas, fairy bread, fruit platter & cake were all really good. Saturdays are busy, it’s to be expected. Be organized and bring the right attitude & little extra patience. The kids all loved it, the parents got to chat and it was easy. I’d recommend it.

Your Body Physio & Pilates - NSW

Essie Dakers Lawrence is really good !! My muscles have improved with just the one massage and stretching so far. Lawrence is a very good masseur and l would recommend him to anyone who has tight muscles, especially if you have a problem with tight glutes and tight hamstrings. Thanks so much for relieving my pain and getting me an appointment so fast

Liam Handley Personal Training - NSW

Ashley stewart Since I started training with Liam I have become stronger, leaner and more aware of how I should be looking after my body. Liam is extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of Personal Training and explains things to me so I understand them. He is truly interested in helping me to become the best I can and gives me excellent tips on nutrition. He keeps me accountable and has set up a program specifically for me so I can train on my own when we aren’t doing a session together. I highly recommend Liam.
